Samira - May 2010

Samira has been on the move this week as she has had a new and very large enclosure built for her next to the volunteer’s area on the farm. 

Eight cheetah cubs - May 2010

Plans are now well underway for the re-release of our eight cheetah cubs - our group of three, Caeser, Milo and Co-Co, were transported to NamibRand in May and are already settling into their “soft” release temporary camp.

Lucky, Ayla and Tearmark - May 2010

There was sad news at N/a’an ku sê this month as our little cheetah cub Whitetail, who lives with Lucky, Ayla and Tearmark, sadly passed away. It was a tragic accident which has deeply saddened us all here as he will be greatly missed.
