Aiko - March 2010

Aiko has settled back into camp after his adventure away filming in NamibRand and seems glad to be home. 

He’s receiving lots of attention at the moment as we’ve started to take guests from the Lodge to see him, Aisha and Kiki as part of the Feeding Tour, giving everyone a chance to see these beautiful animals in their prime. As Aiko is so friendly and sociable, he loves the focus being on him!

Occasionally we also allow volunteers into the enclosure to spend time with the three tame cheetahs and keep them company. So Aiko receives lots of strokes and cuddles which he appears to enjoy as he gives people a friendly lick in return!
